About EXAM-PRO of Obstetric Anesthesiology
To provide more consistency and predictability to the Obstetric Anesthesiology Certification application process, the Obstetric Anesthesiology programs participate in an Exam-pro process provided by MSERM.
Applicants and programs participate by registering with MSERM Exam-Pro, and applicants apply to the programs of their choice. Both programs and applicants will submit a rank list based on their preferences. Notably, only programs where an applicant has interviewed can be listed in this process.
Under the accreditation of two associations:
1- Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology
2- Royal College of Anaesthetists
Each program will accept the Obstetric Anesthesiology Certification candidate’s application separately. Most programs are using the common application on the MSERM.ORG website.
To apply for an exception:
- Download the exception form (see link).
- Email the completed, signed form to [email protected].
- The exception Exam-Pro process is tied to the account of each program’s director and (the director’s MSERM membership must be active).
- You will receive a confirmation email when the Exam-pro exception agreement is complete.
À propos d’EXAM-PRO d’anesthésiologie obstétricale
Pour fournir plus de cohérence et de prévisibilité au processus de demande de certification en anesthésiologie obstétricale, les programmes d’anesthésiologie obstétricale participent à un processus d’examen professionnel fourni par MSERM.
Les candidats et les programmes participent en s’inscrivant à MSERM Exam-Pro, et les candidats postulent aux programmes de leur choix. Les programmes et les candidats soumettront une liste de classement en fonction de leurs préférences. Notamment, seuls les programmes où un candidat a passé un entretien peuvent être répertoriés dans ce processus.
Sous l’agrément de deux associations :
1- Société d’Anesthésie Obstétricale et de Périnatalogie
2- Collège royal des anesthésistes
Chaque programme acceptera séparément la candidature du candidat à la certification en anesthésiologie obstétricale. La plupart des programmes utilisent l’application commune sur le site Web MSERM.ORG.
Pour demander une exception :
- Télécharger le formulaire d’exception (voir lien).
- Envoyez le formulaire dûment rempli et signé à [email protected].
- Le processus d’exception Exam-Pro est lié au compte du directeur de chaque programme et (l’adhésion MSERM du directeur doit être active).
- Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation lorsque l’accord d’exception Exam-pro sera terminé.
