Dr F Innocenti is employed as a clinical embryologist at the GeneraLife IVF center in Rome, where she has been working for 4 years. She graduated cum laude in Medical Biotechnology with a thesis in developmental biology. In 2017 she achieved her PhD with honors in Morphogenesis and tissue engineering. She studied the mammalian follicle and oocyte growth, developing an in vitro model to support the oocyte development from the primordial stage In 2018 she completed a second level Master in Human-Applied Embryology, implementing her knowledge and technical skills in human reproduction and ART.
