Salah Mohamed Rasheed, was born in Aswan, Egypt in 31.8.1967. He joined Assiut faculty of medicine in 1984, and graduated in 1992. In 1993, he joined the newly launched Sohag University as a house-resident in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. He gained the master degree in Obstetrics and gynecology in 1996. In 1997, he awarded “DAAD” grant from the German government for 3 years where he attached to the IVF unit in Justus-Liebig University, Giessen, Germany. He gained M.D. in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2002 and now he is professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Sohag University, Egypt. Assisted reproduction and gynecologic endoscopy are the main subjects of my interest. He has a plethora of publications and participations in a diverse of meetings both national and international.
